Description

This Kale Mango Peach Green Smoothie is tart, sweet, and satisfying. It’s a great way to get some extra veggies and fruit in your day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 23 cups kale, frozen preferred (I used Lacinato/Dinosaur Kale)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 small granny smith apple
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks, frozen
  • 1/3 cup peach slices, frozen
  • 8 oz Harmless Harvest Coconut Water (or preferred coconut water/liquid)
  • 2/3 cup Greek Yogurt, plain
  • agave or honey, (optional)
  • ice cubes if fruit not frozen

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high power blender, and blend until smooth. Then serve.
