- 1 prepared pizza crust
- 1/3 cup Rao’s pizza sauce
- 1/3 cup shredded Italian blend cheese (or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s meatless ground beef
- Season with: 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 2-3 tbsp vegetable broth
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup dairy-free ricotta (Treeline recommended)
Instructions
- Preheat oven according to pizza crust directions.
- Season and cook the meatless ground beef in a skillet with vegetable broth and spices.
- Spread sauce over crust, then sprinkle with cheese.
- Add ground beef, bell peppers, and spoonfuls of dairy-free ricotta.
- Bake until crust is golden and cheese melts (~12–15 min).
- Tip: Add red pepper flakes or fresh basil for an extra kick.
