This ricotta and sweet pepper pizza is light yet flavorful, topped with dairy-free ricotta, bell peppers, and plant-based sausage.


Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pizza crust
  • 1/3 cup Rao’s pizza sauce
  • 1/3 cup shredded Italian blend cheese (or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup Trader Joe’s meatless ground beef
  • Season with: 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 2-3 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free ricotta (Treeline recommended)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to pizza crust directions.
  2. Season and cook the meatless ground beef in a skillet with vegetable broth and spices.
  3. Spread sauce over crust, then sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Add ground beef, bell peppers, and spoonfuls of dairy-free ricotta.
  5. Bake until crust is golden and cheese melts (~12–15 min).
  6. Tip: Add red pepper flakes or fresh basil for an extra kick.
