I get lost in cookbooks at Barnes & Noble, daydream about flavor combinations, and light up when I discover how food connects us to our heritage, our bodies, and each other. Food has always been more than just fuel for me—it’s comfort during hard times, a reason to gather, and a way to nourish both body and soul.

And that’s why I created this space—because I know what it’s like to want a healthier life without rigid rules or guilt.
But over time, that dream grew into something bigger. With a Master’s in Public Health Nutrition and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, I’ve spent years understanding how our relationship with food is shaped by more than just what’s on our plate. It’s about our habits, emotions, upbringing, and even our faith.
