My homemade pita chips are great for dipping your favorite dip. Pita chips with chopped veggies and hummus can be a great snack to munch on throughout the day. I hope you enjoy this easy method to making your own pita chips.
Every now and again, I have a craving for a certain food item. This week it’s pita chips. Freshly baked, brushed with herbs and olive oil, and sprinkled with pink salt. My favorite brands of pita chips are: Trader Joe’s pita chips and Stacy’s Simply Naked Pita chips. However, I’ve recently realized that freshly baked pita chips are more filling and tastier than the regular packaged brands.
This inspired me to start making my own homemade pita chips. I also have a homemade hummus that pairs really well with these chips.
